Angranthes Grandalena

    I think this hybrid combines fantastic traits from both parents (ang. magdalenae x aer. grandiflorus). I have both parents - the angraecum smells like jasmine and the aeranthes like butterscotch. I'm looking forward to sniffing this guy tonight (wow that sounds deranged)

    Thanks guys :) It's very pleasantly fragrant - less flowery than magdalenae, but less..uh..caramely than grandiflorus. I am in love with this plant...and the flower is friggen huge, bigger than both my magdalenae/grandiflorus (a diameter of around 3")

    Home Grown: Actually, Orchids Limited in the states... I think they were the ones who remade the cross.
