Angraecum lecomtei

    it is a cool to cold grower. Mine died last summer when I was adventurous enough to try keeping it in the greenhouse all summer rather than in my overcrowded cool area in the basement.

    I thought I responded to this question, but maybe I didn't hit send. I grow it in cool temperatures, (50F minimum winter night and 75 average daytime high). It does well in moderately bright light. I have always grown in potted in a fine bark mix.

    Hi Marni,

    I’m just blooming mine for the first time (year 4 from import). It would have bloomed last year, but a slug parachuted in and nipped the bud as well as root tips. This year I surrounded it with slug bait! Now I hope it survives our heat wave!
