Ancistrochilus rothschildianus

    I/W grower. I grow this one on cork mount since this spring and I think it is doing quite okay on mount. I water it every other day and plan to reduce the water after the bloom.

    It looks good.

    I tried mounting some of the Ancistrochilus thomsonianum seedlings out of flask. That didn't work out so well, but others that I potted in bark and am keeping covered and warmer seem to be doing pretty well.

    Very nice Tom! This is a species I'll definitely try again in the future. I killed mine trying to follow Mr.B's method. I never really thought of mounting it.
