ok so in a sterile cabinet you 100% clean everything, then put the mixed agar p668 solution into flasks n clean/put lids on the sterilize in auto clave.

    after that theyre hot obviously.

do you let them cool before refridgerating for the agar to set ? or will it set at unrefridgerated room temp.

after theyve set n sealed etc,how long before you clean the seed in 3% peroxide n put into flasks ? few days/weeks please ?

When you autoclave them, you leave the lid slightly loose so the pressure can equalize. You tighten them once they are cool enough to handle. The should gel at room temperature if everything is done properly. No need to put them in the refrigerator. Everything in the flask should be sterile. As soon as they are cooled to room temperature you can sow seed on them. With clean seed, 3% H2O2 needs to soak for at least 30 minutes with frequent agitation to work effectively. If the seed capsule was opening in the greenhouse or other growing environment you will need a longer time.

Phytotech668 needs agar. You should ask the person you are buying it from.
