Aeranthes species

    Can anyone help me with an ID for this Aeranthes?

    I got it as A. dentiens and was under the impression that it came from this plant:

    However, the flowers look completely different and that of mine are also quite a bit smaller. It produces new flowers in succession.

    I don't find anything like that in my books....
    It looks like an hybrid....

    I would guess peyrottii by something.

    Thanks for your thoughts! It was a keiki from a botanical garden so I doubt it's a hybrid. But it's a mysterious case so who knows.

    I would say it is Aeranthes virginalis from Grand Comores

    I don't think so, A.virginalis should have sepals crossed, like that:

    It seems to me that the lip of your flower is not serrate which is another difference. However, I don't think I have any taxonomic literature to compare this species to my flower.

    could be involved here aeranthes arachnites, for such a top petals moratii genes, maybe
