Acianthera fornograndensis

    What attracted me to this thing is the thick (really thick) heart-shaped leaves, like a Hoya sp.!
    The flowers are by comparison insignificant. Nevertheless, I have not been able to find a close
    match , in any of the "Brazil" books I have, (Miller,Hoehne,etc.as well as the Luer "green books")
    If anyone has any suggestions, I would love to hear them.

    The leaf looks a lot like P. prolifera. So maybe it could be that. The flowers on mine are red but some have flowers that are like yours. It would normally have more blooms on the inflorescence but maybe fewer because it is a young plant.

    I agree with Kelly (accept I couldn't remember the name of hand) and mine are in bloom right now.

    Got it!
    Through the help of a friend,we got an exact match. Its Acianthera fornograndensis L.Kollmann & A.P.Fontana,
    described in 2006.
    Moderator,please edit the title to reflect the findings! Thanks
