A dendrobium

    Don't have any idea whether it is a species or a hybrid. The flowers are kind of nodded. A bit difficult to take the lip picture

    My opinion is that your plant is similar to the hybrid Dendrobium x superbiens [Dendrobium discolor x Dendrobium bigibbum], or Dendrobium Pauline [Dendrobium discolor x Dendrobium phalaenopsis].

    I think the Superbiens suits it. One of my friend also suggested to check Dendrobium superbien Tual Maluku
