Hey everyone! I'm not sure if this is normal or not, but my phal's bottom 3 leaves have started to yellow and droop. I read that it is normal for them to shed one or two leaves a year, but I'm concerned because 3 of them are affected. Here are some pics! 20180411_181554.jpg 20180411_181644.jpg

Perfectly normal occurrence. All the nutrients of the plant are stored in the thick leathery leaves. The new growth appearing from the top is taking the energy from the bottom leaves which normally turn yellow shrivel and then drop off. When new growth appears you may want to give a little extra feed.
