AHAB, I seach google with 'Plastic net' or 'hexagonal plastic net' it comes out with that green thing. Don't know the official name for it.

This one is Bulbophyllum nipondhii Seidenf. Once endemic to a mountain in Thailand but I believe can be found in Laos also.
Could be the rarer Bulb.lemniscatum
