J.S.Socarras

I live in the deep south, and love it. I prefer to grow species with the exception of really great hybrids. I love miniatures and can grow only hot to warm plants because it is so hot here even in the winter it still gets 80 in the daytime in my greenhouse. I love all plants and I am an avid outdoorsman, enjoying kayaking, boating, hiking, camping and even a little fishing, though I would rather be searching for native flowering fauna, lol. Besides orchids I am an avid gardner, I just love getting my hands in some dirt!

So please suggest some great plants for me, so I can increase my already large collection. By the way, I went to my first show this month down in Redland had a great time, spent too much money, and was ill prepared for how hot it was but I did have a lot of fun, even though the heat made me delirious, lol.
